Description of Teaming
In this model, both teachers lead the instruction simultaneously and carry out equivalent activities and assume equivalent roles in the classroom. This approach should be employed about 10% of the time. For this approach, the teachers need to have experience working together and a strong relationship so that there is not mis-communication or "stepping on toes".
